Grief and Loss

Every person handles grief in their own unique way, and all responses are valid. Your experiences and reactions to a significant change are completely understandable and deserving of recognition.

Grief is an inevitable part of the human journey. It is a natural response that arises during or after a traumatic event. When we have people, situations, or aspects of life that bring us joy and comfort, it is only natural to experience a range of negative emotions when those things change or are taken away. Loss is one of the most common triggers of grief, and many people have faced significant losses. Experiencing grief means that you had something in life that was meaningful and worthy of gratitude, and it can be challenging to move forward after such a loss.

In our work together, I will join with you to provide support as you navigate the grieving process, whether it's due to the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or the shattered hopes of a dream. Grief is a deeply personal experience, and it manifests differently for each individual.
